RESOLUTION NO. 8629
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF CAMPBELL ACCEPTING THE
IMPROVEMENTS CONSTRUCTED BY STEINY & COMPANY, INC. UNDER THE
CAMPBELL/FULTON TRAFFIC SIGNAL, PROJECT 93-84
AND THE HACIENDA/WINCHESTER TRAFFIC IMPROVEMENT, PROJECf 92-34
AND APPROVING THE ALLOCATION OF REMAINING FUNDS
WHEREAS, the City Council adopted Resolution No. 8514 on July 6, 1993
authorizing the execution of a contract with Steiny & Company, Inc. to construct the
improvements known as the Campbell/Fulton Traffic Signal and Hacienda/Winchester Traffic
and Signal Improvement; and,
WHEREAS, STEINY & Company, Inc. has completed the aforementioned contract in
accordance with the contract documents; and,
WHEREAS, the aforementioned projects will have a remaining balance of
approximately $5,800; and,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Campbell that the improvements shall be accepted and that staff is directed to file the Notice
of Completion.
AND, BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the allocation of all remaining project
funds to Project 93-76, Traffic Spot Improvements is hereby authorized.
