RESOLUTION NO. 8625
BEING A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAMPBELL
ACCEPTING BUILDING IMPROVEMENTS ON PROJECT # 89-10,
CAMPBELL HISTORICAL MUSEUM - PHASE II
WHEREAS, the City Council has been advised by the Director of Recreation and
Community Services that all building improvements as specified in the plans and specifications
for Project #89-10 have been completed in accordance with the contract documents; and
WHEREAS, the Director of Recreation and Community Services recommends acceptance
of the building improvements;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Campbell
that all building improvements be, and the same are hereby, accepted, and that the Director of
Recreation and Community Services is hereby authorized to record a Notice of Completion of
said building improvements.
