RESOLUTION NO. 8622
RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAMPBELL
DESIGNATING MANAGEMENT REPRESENTATIVES FOR THE
1994 MEETING AND CONFERRING SESSIONS
WHEREAS, the City of Campbell undertakes the meeting and conferring process with its
employee organizations as provided by the Meyers-Milias-Brown Act; and
WHEREAS, meeting and conferring will commence in May, 1994, to reach agreement on
Memorandums of Understanding for the period commencing July, 1994 and
WHEREAS, the City Manager has recommended a management negotiating team to
represent the City Council in such meeting and conferring sessions.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council designates the following
as members of the Management Negotiating team:
Administrative Services Director, Barbara Lee (Chairperson)
Personnel Manager, Judy Bell
Administrative Analyst, Nelson Fialho
Police Captain, Bob Lockwood
Police Lieutenant, David Gullo
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 15th day of March, 1994 by the following roll call vote:
AYES: Councilmembers: Conant, Ashworth, Burr, Dougherty, Watson
NOES: Councilmembers: NOne
