RESOLUTION NO. 8621
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAMPBELL
APPROVING PlANS AND SPECIFICATIONS AND AUTHORIZING
THE SOliCITATION OF BIDS FOR THE WINCHESTER BOULEVARD
RESURFACING PROJECf (94-71)
WHEREAS, the City Council adopted 1993-94 budget includes funds for the annual
street maintenance project; and
WHEREAS, the City Council conceptually approved the scope of work for the
annual street maintenance project to consist of the Winchester Boulevard Resurfacing
Project; and
WHEREAS, plans and specifications for the construction of the desired
improvements have been prepared;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOL YED by the City Council of the City of
Campbell that the plans and specifications for the construction of the Winchester Boulevard
Resurfacing Project are hereby approved and the Public Works Department is authorized
to solicit bids for the construction of the project improvements.

vote:
