BEING A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF CAMPBELL
SETTING A DATE, TIME AND PLACE FOR A PUBLIC
HEARING ON A PROPOSED ORDINANCE AMENDING
TITLE 18 OF THE CAMPBELL MUNICIPAL CODE RELATING
TO DISASTER REPAIR AND RECONSTRUCTION.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Campbell wishes to amend Title 18
of the Campbell Municipal Code; and
WHEREAS, the Ordinance adoption will require a public hearing; and;
WHEREAS, the City Council wishes to hold a Public Hearing on April 5, 1994,
in the Council Chamber at approximately 7:30 p.m.; and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of
Campbell that the Mayor and the City Clerk do hereby set April 5, 1994, in the
City Council Chambers at approximately 7:30 p.m. as the date, place and time
for said Public Hearing for adoption of a proposed Ordinance relating to
disaster repair and reconstruction.
