BEING A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF CAMPBELL
SETTING A DATE, TIME AND PLACE FOR A PUBLIC
HEARING ON A PROPOSED ORDINANCE TITLE 18 OF THE
CAMPBELL MUNICIPAL CODE RELATING TO THE
POSTING OF SPECIAL PLACARDS AFTER A DISASTER.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Campbell does amend Title 18 of
the Campbell Municipal Code; and
WHEREAS, the Ordinance adoption will require a public hearing; and;
WHEREAS, the City Council wishes to hold the Public Hearing on April 5,
1994, in the Council Chamber at approximately 7:30 p.m.; and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of the City of
Campbell and the City Clerk do hereby set April 5, 1994, in the City Council
Chambers at approximately 7:30 p.m. as the date, place and time for said
Public Hearing for adoption of a proposed Ordinance requiring the posting of
special placards following a disaster.
