A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAMPBELL
AUTHORIZING A BUDGET ADJUSTMENT FOR REFUND OF STATE OF
CALIFORNIA OFFICE OF EMERGENCY SERVICES FUNDS FOR
REPLACEMENT OF FREEZE DAMAGED TREES
WHEREAS, the City Council has adopted a budget for the 93-94
f"lScal year; and
WHEREAS, the revenue for replacement of freeze damaged trees
was overstated in the 92-93 f"1Sca1 year budget; and
WHEREAS, the revenue is contained in the approved 93-94 f"lScal
year General Fund Unappropriated Fund Balance carry forward; and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council
authorizes the transfer of $1,637 from Account 001.206.290, General
Fund Unappropriated Fund Balance, to Account 001.23.745.0000.4432,
Public Works Administration, other Contractual Services.
PASSED AND ADOPTED THIS 1st day of March, 1994, by the
following roll call vote:
