RESOLUTION NO. 8608
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF CAMPBELL APPROVING PLANS AND
SPECIFICATIONS AND AUTHORIZING THE SOLICITATION OF
BIDS FOR THE BASCOM AVENUE INTERCONNECT
AND RESURFACING PROJECT (93-80)
WHEREAS, the City Council adopted Resolution No. 8370 on September 2, 1993
committing funds for the construction of the Bascom A venue Interconnect and Resurfacing Project;
and,
WHEREAS, plans and specifications for the construction of the desired improvements have
been prepared; and,
WHEREAS, staff has estimated that the cost of improvements will not exceed $1,309,688;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Campbell that
the plans and specifications for the construction of the Bascom A venue Interconnect and
Resurfacing Project are hereby approved and the Public Works Department is authorized to solicit
bids for the construction of the project improvements.
