RESOLUTION NO.

A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF CAMPBELL AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER
TO EXECUTE ANIMAL CONTROL AGREEMENTS
WHEREAS, the County of Santa Clara is no longer providing
animal control services to cities;
WHEREAS, the West Valley Cities proposals from Central Animal
Hospital to provide licensing, shelter, and veterinary services;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council
authorizes the City Manager to execute the Agreement for Animal
Licensing Services and Agreement for for Animal Shelter and
Veterinary Services on behalf of the City of Campbell as a member of
the West Valley Cities group.
