RESOLUTION NO. 8602
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAMPBELL
APPROVING THE FINAL MAPS OF TRACTS 8618 AND 8633, ACCEPTING THE
DEDICATIONS OFFERED THEREON AND AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR
TO SIGN THE MAPS AND EXECUTE AN AGREEMENT FOR STREET
IMPROVEMENTS AT 346 AND 356 UNION AVENUE
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Campbell, California as
follows:
The City hereby consents to recording of the maps of Tracts No. 8618 and 8633, the
maps are hereby approved, the dedications offered on the maps are hereby accepted for the
purposes for which the same are offered and the Mayor is authorized to execute an
agreement with Chalet Woods, Inc., a limited partnership, to install street improvements at
346 and 356 Union Avenue.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 1st day of February 1994, by the following roll call
vote:
AYES: Councilmembers: Conant, Ashworth, Burr, Dougherty, Watson
NOES: Councilmembers: None
