RESOLUTION NO. 8595
BEING A RESOLUTION AWARDING A CONTRACT FOR
EXHIBIT DESIGN AND FABRICATION SERVICES
FOR THE CAMPBELL HISTORICAL MUSEUM
AT THE AINSLEY CARRIAGE HOUSE
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Campbell has publicly examined and
declared all proposals or bids for the work to be done and improvements to be made, in
accordance with specifications to which specific reference is hereby made for a description
of the work and improvements to be done;
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Campbell
as follows:
1. That said Council hereby rejects all of said proposals or bids except as
hereinafter mentioned, and hereby awards the contract for doing the work and
improvements to the lowest responsible bidder, to wit:
POUNCING PACHYDERM PRODUCTIONS
2. That the City Manager of said City is hereby authorized to ake and enter into
a written agrgeement with the said successful bidder, and the City Clerk of
said City is hereby directed to attest her signature and affix thereto the
appropriate seal of said City.
