RESOLUTION NO. 8588
BEING A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF CAMPBELL, ESTABLISHING CIVIL
PENALTIES FOR PARKING VIOLATIONS IN THE
CITY OF CAMPBELL.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that pursuant to the City of Campbell
Municipal Code, Title 10, Chapter 24, Sections .155, .160., and .165, and the State of
California Vehicle Code Section 40203.5, which authorizes local establishment of
parking penalties, late fees and administers fees, the City Council of the City of
Campbell hereby amends the Parking Violation Fee Schedule as follows:
