RESOLUTION NO. 8583
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAMPBELL
AUTHORIZING A BUDGET ADJUSTMENT FOR THE BASCOM AVENUE
INTERCONNECT AND RESURFACING PROJECT (93-80)
WHEREAS, the State of California Department of Transportation has obligated
$47,388 of State TSM funds to the Bascom Avenue Interconnect and Resurfacing Project;
and
WHEREAS, it is necessary for the City of Campbell to provide $31,592 local
matching funds to support this grant; and
WHEREAS, the required local matching funds are contained in the approved project
budget; and
WHEREAS, the City Council desires to increase the project budget to provide
funding for potential median island landscape construction.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of
Campbell hereby approves an increase in the total project budget by $47,388 of State TSM
grant funds from $1,262,300 to $1,309,688.
