RESOLUTION NO. 8580
RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER
TO EXECUTE AN ADMINISTRATIVE SERVICES AGREEMENT WITH ICMA
RETIREMENT CORPORATION
WHEREAS, the City of Campbell has maintained a deferred compensation program with
ICMA Retirement Corporation since 1982; and
WHEREAS, ICMA and the City wish to replace the current Trust Agreement document
with an updated Administrative Services Agreement, and
WHEREAS, this updated Agreement does not change benefits or expenses related to the
ICMA Retirement Corporation deferred compensation program but reclarifies the services
provided by ICMA.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council authorizes the City
Manager to execute an Administrative Services Agreement with ICMA Retirement Corporation.
