RESOLUTION NO. 8577
BEING A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF CAMPBELL
AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO EXECUTE AN
AGREEMENT WITH THE SANTA CLARA COUNTY OPEN SPACE AUTHORITY
FOR A LOAN FOR START UP OPERATING EXPENSES
WHEREAS, the City of Campbell has joined the Santa Clara County Open Space
Authority in January of 1993; and
WHEREAS, the Authority requires initial funding to create and administer the
Authority; and
WHEREAS, the City Council took minute action on June 15, 1993 approving a loan
of $3,500 to the Authority;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Manager is authorized to
execute an agreement with the Santa Clara County Open Space Authority for a loan of
$3,500.
