A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF CAMPBELL ACCEPTING THE
IMPROVEMENTS CONSTRUCTED BY HECI UNDER THE
WINCHESTER BOULEVARD TRAFFIC SIGNAL AND STREET LIGHTING
PROJECT 92-32
WHEREAS, the City Council adopted Resolution No. 8378 on September 15, 1992
authorizing the execution of a contract with HECI to construct the improvements known as
the Winchester Boulevard Traffic Signal and Street Lighting Project Budget; and
WHEREAS, HECI has completed the aforementioned contract in accordance with the
contract documents;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Campbell
that the improvements shall be accepted and that staff is directed to file the Notice of
Completion.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 2nd day of November, 1993, by the following roll call
