A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF CAMPBELL ACCEPTING THE
IMPROVEMENTS CONSTRUCTED BY WATTIS CONSTRUCTION COMPANY
UNDER THE DILLON GILMAN LOCAL IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT #30
PROJECT 90-35
WHEREAS, the City Council adopted Resolution No. 8272 on April 7, 1992
authorizing the execution of a contract with Wattis Construction Company to construct the
improvements known as the Dillon/Gilman Local Improvement District #30; and
WHEREAS, Wattis Construction Company has completed the aforementioned
contract in accordance with the contract documents;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Campbell that the improvements shall be accepted and that staff is directed to file the
Notice of Completion.
