RESOLUTION NO.
8553
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF CAMPBELL
DESIGNATING MANAGEMENT AND CONFIDENTIAL POSITIONS
WHEREAS, Section 3507.5 of the State of California Government Code provides
for the designation by public agencies of management and confidential
employees, and
WHEREAS, Employer-Employee Relations Resolution No. 6647 was adopted on
December 6, 1983, after consultation with employee organization
representatives, and
WHEREAS, Resolution No. 6647 provides definitions for management employee
and confidential employee, and
WHEREAS, Resolution No. 6905 adopted February 5, 1985, designating
management and confidential positions needs updating.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council declares the following
positions management or confidential as designated below.
