RESOLUTION NO. 8552
BEING A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF CAMPBELL AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE AN
AGREEMENT WITH GOOD SAMARITAN HOSPITAL FOR
FLU SHOTS TO SENIOR CITIZENS
WHEREAS, the City of Campbell recognizes the need for flu shots
for senior citizens in Campbell; and
WHEREAS, Good Samaritan Hospital in conjunction with the
Evergreen College Nursing Program is designated as the agency to
provide the flu shots and personnel;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Mayor is authorized to
execute an agreement with Good Samaritan Hospital for flu shot
services on November 3, 1993.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 21st day of September 1993, by the
following roll call vote:
AYES: Council Members: Burr, Watson, Ashworth, Conant

ABSENT: Council Members: None
NOT PARTICIPATING: Councilmember: Dougherty
