A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAMPBELL
AUTHORIZING THE AWARD OF BID FOR
FINANCIAL AUDIT SERVICES
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Campbell has reviewed
proposals for Financial Audit Services for Fiscal Years 1992/1993, 1993/1994
and 1994/1995; and
WHEREAS, the City of Campbell wishes to enter into an agreement with
Maze and Associates for financial audit services as quoted, not to exceed
$26,500, $27,459, and $28,284 for Fiscal Years 1992/1993, 1993/1994 and
1994/1995 respectively;
NOW, 1HEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the proposal for financial audit
services with Maze and Associates be approved.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 1st day of June, 1993, by the following roll
call vote:
AYES: Councilmembers: Burr, Watson, Ashworth, Dougherty, Conant
NOES: Councilmembers: None
ABSENT:Councilmembers: None
