RESOLUTION NO. 8499
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF CAMPBELL AUTHORIZING
THE CITY MANAGER TO EXECUTE THE
AGREEMENT WITH THE CONSULTING FIRM
OF HILTON, FARNKOPF AND HOBSON
TO PERFORM A PERFORMANCE AUDIT OF
GREEN VALLEY DISPOSAL COMPANY
WHEREAS, the Franchise Agreement with Green Valley Disposal
Company requires that a Performance Audit be conducted in 1993 of
its refuse collection and disposal agreement; and,
WHEREAS, the West Valley jurisdictions
solicited qualifications submittals for a

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City be authorized
to execute the agreement for contract services on behalf of the
City of Campbell with the Consultant firm of Hilton, Farnkopf and
Hobson to conduct the Performance Audit.
