RESOLUTION NO. 8492
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF CAMPBELL AUTHORIZING AN INCREASE IN THE FEES
FOR RENT MEDIATION SERVICES
CHARGED PROPERTY OWNERS OF RENTAL PROPERTIES
WHEREAS, it has been presented to the City Council the cost of
providing tenant/landlord Information and mediation services by
Information and Referral Services, Inc.; and
WHEREAS, the present fee charged for such mentioned services is
insufficient to cover the cost of those services as deemed by the City
Council to be important services.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of the City of
Campbell does hereby increase the rent mediation fee charged through the
City's Business License fees to seven dollars ($7.00) per rental unit for
complexes with three units or more effective July 1, 1993.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this resolution be made an addendum to the
City Council Policy Manual.
