RESOLUTION NO. 8487
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF CAMPBELL AUTHORIZING THE
SOLICITATION OF BIDS FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF
THE CAMPBELL/FULTON TRAFFIC SIGNAL, PROJECT 93-84 AND
THE HACIENDA/WINCHESTER TRAFFIC IMPROVEMENT, PROJECT 92-34
WHEREAS, the intersection of Campbell Avenue and Fulton Street has demonstrated
warrants for a signalized intersection, and the intersection of Hacienda Avenue and
Winchester Boulevard does not currently comply with CAL TRANS standards for traffic
controls at railroad crossings; and,
WHEREAS, project funds are contained in the Adopted 1992/93 Capital Budget as
modified by Resolution No. _; and,
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Campbell has been asked for authorization
to solicit bids for the construction of these improvements,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Campbell
that the Public Works Department is hereby authorized to solicit bids for the construction
of these improvements.
