RESOLUTION NO. 8486
BEING A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF CAMPBELL APPROVING ADJUSTMENTS
TO THE 1993-94 FISCAL YEAR BUDGET
WHEREAS,

WHEREAS, funds are available
Development Act (TDA) grant;

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the city Council approve
the transfer of $9,000, TDA funds and $9,000 LLB funds out of
Project 9121;
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Council authorize
encumbrance of TDA funds in the amount of $70,000 into proj ect
9121, all per the attached requests for budget adjustments.
