RESOLUTION NO. 8485
BEING A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF CAMPBELL APPROVING AN ADJUSTMENT TO THE
1992-1993 FISCAL YEAR BUDGET
WHEREAS, the City Council has adopted a budget for the 92/93 fiscal year; and
WHEREAS, there is a need for appropriations not originally anticipated in the FY
92/93 budget in the amount of $233,500; and
WHEREAS, there is a need to appropriate routine carry-overs (operating
encumbrances and capital projects) in the amount of $7,922,056; and
WHEREAS, increased funds are available via increased operating revenues,
transfers-in from operating reserves or fund balances; and
WHEREAS, all amendments have been incorporated into the total calculation
including carry-over appropriations.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council authorize the FY
92/93 Budget to be amended by $233,500 for operating appropriations and $7,922,056 for
carryover appropriations.
