RESOLUTION NO.
8476
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF CAMPBELL AUTHORIZING THE
PUBLIC WORKS DIRECTOR TO EXECUTE A CONTRACT
FOR ARCHITECTURAL SERVICES WITH
LPA (LEASON POMEROY ASSOCIATES) FOR
CITY HALL HANDICAP IMPROVEMENT PROJECT (93-22)
WHEREAS, The city Hall Building does not comply with the ADA
Regulations for access by disabled persons; and,
WHEREAS, The City Council as a part of the fiscal year 92/93
Adopted Capital Budget has authorized funding for the design and
construction of said project; and,
WHEREAS, The firm of LPA has been found to be especially
qualified to complete the design and specification of the required
handicap access improvements,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City
of Campbell that the Public Works Director is hereby authorized to
negotiate a contract with LPA to provide the required architectural
design services related to Project 93-22.
