BEING A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION OF
AN AGREEMENT FOR DEFERRED STREET IMPROVEMENTS
AT 1031 HAZELWOOD AVENUE
BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Campbell,
California as follows:
The Mayor is authorized to execute an agreement with Marshall
M. Petty and Debra K. Petty to install street improvements at
1031 Hazelwood Avenue.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 20th day of April, 1993 by the
following vote:
