8466
BEING A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF CAMPBELL
APPROVING AN ADJUSTMENT TO THE 1992-1993
FISCAL YEAR BUDGET FOR THE REMOVAL
OF TRASH AND CONSTRUCTION DEBRIS AT 65-85 E. LATIMER AVE.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Campbell has adopted
the budget for 1992-1993 fiscal year; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Campbell has determined
that additional funds may be necessary for the abatement of a
nuisance for the removal of trash and construction debris; and
WHEREAS, if the owner has voluntarily removed the on site
nuisance within the specific time ordered by the city Council
these allotted funds will not be used; and
WHEREAS, such funds if expended will be paid to the General Fund
through a property tax assessment; and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the city Council of the City
of Campbell that the Mayor and the city Clerk authorize an
additional $2,000.00 from Account #3381, nuisance abatement fee
to Account to 4427, miscellaneous expense abatements, for the
removal of trash and construction debris at 65-85 E. Latimer
Ave.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 16th day of March, 1993, by the following
vote:
