A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF CAMPBELL
AUTHORIZING AWARD OF THE REVENUE ENHANCEMENT STUDY
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Campbell has received and reviewed
proposals for the Revenue Enhancement Study and;
WHEREAS, the City of Campbell wishes to enter into an agreement with David M.
Griffiths (DMG) for the preparation of the Revenue Enhancement Study;
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the proposal for the Revenue
Enhancement Study by DMG by approved and that staff be authorized to negotiate and
execute a contract with said firm in an amount not to exceed $40,000.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 16th day of March, 1993, by the following roll call
vote:
AYES: Councilmembers Burr, Watson, Ashworth, Dougherty, Conant
NOES: Councilmembers None
