8455
BEING A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF CAMPBELL SETTING
TIME AND PLACE FOR A PUBLIC HEARING TO CONSIDER
THE NUISANCE ABATEMENT AT 65-85 E. LATIMER AVE.
WHEREAS, the contractor of 65-85 E. Latimer Ave has been
notified that this site has become littered with construction
debris and declared a nuisance; and
WHEREAS, this site constitutes a fire hazard and/or a condition
dangerous to the public health, safety and general welfare; and
WHEREAS, this site constitutes an unsightly appearance or
otherwise detracts from the aesthetic or property values of the
neighboring properties; and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City
of Campbell that the Mayor and the City Clerk set the time, date
and place for a public hearing on this nuisance notice as
Tuesday, March 16, 1993 at 7:30 P.M. in the City Hall Council
Chambers at 70 N. First st., Campbell, CA.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 2nd day of March, 1993, by the following
vote:
AYES: Councilmembers: Burr, Watson, Ashworth, Conant
NOES: Councilmembers: None
ABSENT: Councilmembers: Dougherty
