RESOLUTION NO. 8452
BEING A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
CAMPBELL EXECUTING AN AGREEMENT WITH HOPKINS
TECHNICAL PRODUCTS, INC. FOR THE INSTALLATION OF A
SODIUM HYPOCHLORITE GENERATOR SYSTEM ON THE
COMMUNITY CENTER SWIMMING POOL FOR A 90-DAY TRIAL
PERIOD, AND DISPENSING WITH THE FORMAL BID PROCESS.
Resolved by the City Council of the City of Campbell, California that the following
agreement which has been approved by the Director of Recreation and Community Services
and City Attorney and this day presented to this City Council, be, and is hereby approved,
and that, due to the nature of the trial period and purchasing discounts offered, if the system
proves satisfactory, the formal bid process be waived for this project.
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of
Campbell this 16th day of February, 1993, by the following roll call vote:
