A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAMPBELL
AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION OF LATIMER/SAN TOMAS AQUINO ROAD
TRAFFIC SIGNAL AGREEMENT WITH CITY OF SAN JOSE
WHEREAS, a new traffic signal is needed and warranted at the
intersection of San Tomas Aquino Road and Latimer Avenue; and
WHEREAS, one-fourth of the intersection is within the City
of Campbell, and three-fourths of the intersection is in the city
of San Jose; and
WHEREAS, both cities desire to cooperate to finance and
install a new traffic signal at San Tomas Aquino Road and Latimer
Avenue.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council that the
Mayor is hereby authorized to execute the agreement with the City
of San Jose for the installation and maintenance of a new traffic
signal at the intersection of San Tomas Aquino Road and Latimer
Avenue.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 16th day of February, 1993, by the
following roll call vote:
