RESOLUTION NO. 8444
BEING A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF CAMPBELL, STATE OF CALIFORNIA UPHOLDING THE
PLANNING COMMISSION'S CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL
NUMBERS 18 AND 21 REGARDING REINSTATEMENT OF A
PREVIOUSL Y APPROVED SITE AND ARCHITECTURAL
PERMIT (S 88-19) ON PROPERTY LOCATED AT 201 EAST
HAMIL TON A VENUE, IN A C-1-S (NEIGHBORHOOD
COMMERCIAL) ZONING DISTRICT; APPLICATION OF MR.
STANTON ELLIOTT, ON BEHALF OF MR. DANA PEFFERLE,
FILE NO. R 92-10 (S 88-19)
After notification and Public Hearing as specified by law on the application of
Mr. Stanton Elliott, upholding the conditional approval of a previously
approved approved Site and Architectural Permit (S 88-19) for property
located at 201 East Hamilton Avenue, in a C-1-S (Neighborhood Commercial)
Zoning District, as per the application filed in the Planning Department on
October 22, 1992; and, after presentation by the City Staff, proponents and
opponents, the hearing was closed.
After due consideration of all evidence presented, the City Council does
hereby ratify the Planning Commission's action per Application File No. R 92-
10 (S 88-19), including the findings, and the Conditions of Approval outlined
in Resolution No. 2839, adopted by the Planning Commission on January 12,
1993.
Further, the applicant is notified as part of this application that he is required
to comply with all applicable Codes and Ordinances of the City of Campbell
and the State of California which pertain to this development and are not
herein specified.
