RESOLUTION NO. 8442
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF CAMPBELL AUTHORIZING THE
PUBLIC WORKS DIRECTOR TO EXECUTE AGREEMENT
FOR ARCHITECTURAL SERVICES FOR THE
CIVIC CENTER MASTER PLAN, PROJECT 93-24
WHEREAS, the City Hall building does not comply with the ADA
Regulations for access by disabled persons; and,
WHEREAS, project funds are contained in the Adopted 1992/93
Capital Budget; and,
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Campbell has been
asked for authorization to approve an agreement for professional
architectural services for development of the Civic Center Master
Plan,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City
of Campbell the Public Works Director is hereby authorized to sign
an agreement for professional architectural services with the firm
of Daniel C. Smith and Associates.

following roll call vote:
