RESOLUTION NO.

A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAMPBELL
AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO EXECUTE A NEW
EMPLOYMENT CONTRACT FOR PROJECT ENGINEER
WHEREAS, the adopted 1992-93, and 1993-94 Capital Budget
provides capital project personnel funds for this full-time position
for the two year period; and,
WHEREAS, it has been determined that this position should be
established on a fiscal year-to-year contractual basis whereby the
employee would receive partial benefits;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the city Council of the City
of Campbell does hereby authorize the City Manager to execute an
emploYment contract for the position of Project Engineer with the
City of Campbell.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Manager is authorized to
renew said employment contract on a fiscal year basis.
