RESOLUTION NO. 8438
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAMPBELL
AUTHORIZING MODIFICATIONS TO THE ADOPTED 1992/93 CAPITAL BUDGET
Whereas, the City wishes to utilize the current joint funding
opportunities available for capital improvement projects; and,
Whereas, the proposed modifications to the Capital Budget are
consistent with the General Plan of the City;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the
City of Campbell that:
* the Adopted 1992/93 Capital Budget be modified as
proposed,
* the budget be adjusted to fund the Campbell/Fulton Signal
Project.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 19th day of January, 1993, by the
following roll call vote:
