RESOLUTION NO. 8437
BEING A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF CAMPBELL
APPROVING AN ADJUSTMENT TO THE 1992-1993
FISCAL YEAR BUDGET FOR THE UNREINFORCED
MASONRY BUILDING ENGINEERING ANALYSIS.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Campbell has adopted
the budget for 1992-1993 fiscal year; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Campbell has determined
that additional funds are necessary for the abatement of a
nuisance for the URM engineering analysis of certain buildings;
and
WHEREAS, such funds will be paid to the General Fund through a
property tax assessment; and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City
of Campbell that the Mayor and the City Clerk authorize an
additional $5,000.00 from Account #3381, nuisance abatement fee
to Account to 4427, miscellaneous expense abatements, for the
URM engineering analysis:

vote:
