SETTING TIME AND PLACE FOR PUBLIC HEARING
TO CONSIDER NUISANCE ABATEMENT--UNREINFORCED
MASONRY BUILDING STRUCTURAL ANALYSIS
WHEREAS, the owners of URM (Unreinforced Masonry) buildings have
received notices to submit their engineering structural analysis
by February 5, 1993; and
WHEREAS, those building not in compliance are structurally
unsafe in an earthquake and a hazard to the public; and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the city Council of the City
of Campbell that the Mayor and the City Clerk set the time, date
and place for a public hearing on this nuisance notice as
Tuesday, February 16, 1993 at 7:30 P.M. in the city Hall Council
Chambers at 70 N. First st. Campbell, CA.:
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 19th day of January 1993, by the following
