RESOLUTION NO.

BEING A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF CAMPBELL APPROVING AN ADJUSTMENT TO THE
1992-1993 FISCAL YEAR BUDGET
WHEREAS, the City Council has adopted a budget for the 1992-1993
fiscal year; and
WHEREAS, there is a need for funds not originally anticipated in
the budget to provide legal services for the San Jose Landfill
Tax challenge; and
WHEREAS, funds are available in Account 001.206.2240 - Reserve
for Operations.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council authorizes
the transfer of $4,000 from Account 001.206.2240 to Account
001.02.560.0000.4430 - Professional and Special Services.
