RESOLUTION NO. 8430
BEING A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING IMPROVEMENTS IN
PROJECT 92-30, 1806 WHITE OAKS ROAD
WHEREAS, the City Council has been advised by the City
Engineer that public improvements in Project 92-30, 1806 White Oaks
Road have been completed in accordance with that agreement entered
into February 4, 1992; and
WHEREAS, the City Engineer recommends acceptance of the
improvements;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council that all
improvements be, and the same are hereby accepted, and that the
City Engineer is hereby ordered to record a Notice of Completion of
said improvements.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 5th day of January, 1993, by the
following vote:
AYES: Councilmembers: Burr, Watson, Ashworth, Dougherty, Conant
NOES: Councilmembers: None
ABSENT: Councilmembers: None
