RESOLUTION NO. 8428
BEING A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAMPBELL
AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE AN AGREEMENT WITH THE
TOWN OF LOS GATOS FOR MAINTENANCE OF THE SIGNAL AT
POLLARD ROAD AND MORE AVENUE.
WHEREAS, the City Council has approved the current agreement
with the Town of Los Gatos for the construction and maintenance of
a traffic signal at Pollard Road and More Avenue; and
WHEREAS, the current agreement has not been updated for
years; and
WHEREAS, both the Town of Los Gatos and the City of Campbell
desire to enter into a new agreement to establish the conditions
under which the signal at the intersection of Pollard Road and
More Avenue is to operated and maintained;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Campbell that the Mayor is authorized to execute an
agreement with the Town of Los Gatos for maintenance of the signal
at Pollard Road and More Avenue.
