RESOLUTION NO. 8420
BEING A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
CAMPBELL, APPROVING A REVISED DEVELOPMENT SCHEDULE FOR
A PREVIOUSLY APPROVED PLANNED DEVELOPMENT PERMIT,
INCLUDING THE PREVIOUSLY ADOPTED CONDmONS OF
APPROV AL TO ALLOW FIVE TOWNHOMES, ON PROPERTY
LOCA TED AT 80 DOT A VENUE, IN A PD (PLANNED DEVELOPMENT)
ZONING DISTRICT, APPLICA nON OF MR. TED BORNS,
FILE NO. R 92-09 (PD 90-96).
After notification and Public Hearing as specified by law on the application of
Mr. Ted Borns, for approval of a Revised Development Schedule for a
previously approved Planned Development Permit to allow 5 townhomes,
on property located at 80 Dot Avenue, in a PD (Planned Development)
Zoning District; and, after presentation by the City Staff, proponents and
opponents, the hearing was closed.
After due consideration of all evidence presented, the City Council does
hereby grant the requested Revised Development Schedule for a one year
period of time, on a previously approved Planned Development Permit,
subject to attached Planning Commission Resolution No. 2824, adopted on
November 10, 1992, including the Revised Development Schedule, revised
findings, and previously approved Conditions of Approval.
Further the applicant is notified as part of this application that he is required
to comply with all applicable Codes and Ordinances of the City of Campbell
and the State of California which pertain to this development and are not
herein specified.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 7th day of December 1992, by the following

BEING A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF
THE CITY OF CAMPBELL, RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF A
REVISED DEVELOPMENT SCHEDULE FOR A PERIOD OF ONE
YEAR, FOR A PREVIOUSLY APPROVED PLANNED
DEVELOPMENT PERMIT TO ALLOW FIVE TOWNHOMES ON
PROPERTY LOCATED AT 80 DOT AVENUE, IN A PD (PLANNED
DEVELOPMENT) ZONING DISTRICT. APPUCATION OF MR TED
BORNS, FILE NO. R 92-09 (PD 90-06).
After notification and Public Hearing as specified by law on the application of
Mr. Ted Borns, for approval of a Revised Development Schedule for a
previously approved Planned Development Permit to allow 5 townhomes,
on property located at 80 Dot Avenue, in a PD (Planned Development)
Zoning District; and, after presentation by the Planning Director, proponents
and opponents, the hearing was closed.
The Planning Commission, finds as follows, with regard to File No. R 92-09:
1. There have been no changes in the General Plan or Zoning in the area
since the original approval.
2. There have been no changes in the development standards or regulations
which would warrant change to the Conditions of Approval.
Based upon the above findings, the Planning Commission recommends
approval of the Revised Development Schedule, to include the previously
adopted Conditions of Approval as presented; and, further recommends that
the City Council approve a Planned Development Permit and enact lhe
attached Resolution adopting said Revised Development Schedule for the
period of one year, including the previously approved Conditions of
Approval for that portion of the above-referenced Planned Development
District.
