RESOLUTION NO. 8415
BEING A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAMPBELL
AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO SIGN RIGHT-OF-WAY CERTIFICATIONS IN
CONNECTION WITH LOCAL FEDERAL-AID TRANSPORTATION PROJECTS
WHEREAS, in order to obtain local Federal aid on
transportation projects, and for the State Department of
Transportation to approve the projects for advertising, it is
necessary that the City of Campbell certify to the State Department
of Transportation that the rights-of-way necessary for the proper
execution of the projects will be or have been acquired; and
WHEREAS, the State Department of Transportation will accept
right-of-way certifications signed by the City Manager if the City
Council has by resolution authorized him to do so.
NOW, THEREFORE,
authorized the City
certificates required
projects.
BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council
Manager to execute all Right-of-Way
for local Federal-aid transportation
