RESOLUTION NO.
8410
BEING A RESOLUTION AWARDING A CONTRACT FOR
SOUND EQUIPMENT & SERVICES FOR THE
ANNUAL CAROL OF LIGHTS CEREMONY
WHEREAS, the
sound equipment
ceremony, and;
City Council of the City of Campbell requires
and services for its annual Carol of Lights
WHEREAS, Sound Masters-Sound Reinforcement has agreed to
donate these services;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Campbell to accept this donation and that the Recreation
and Community Services Director is hereby authorized to make and
enter into a written agreement with Sound Masters-Sound
Reinforcement, and the City Clerk of said City is hereby
directed to attest her signature and affix thereto the
appropriate seal of said City.
PASSED AND ADOPTED THIS 17th day of November, 1992, by the
following vote:
