RESOLUTION NO. 8394
BEING A RESOLUTION APPROVING AN AGREEMENT WITH
900 EAST HAMILTON AVENUE ASSOCIATES FOR RELEASE
OF OFF-SITE IMPROVEMENTS FAITHFUL PERFORMANCE
GUARANTEES
WHEREAS, Ordinance No. 1660 required construction of
off-site public improvements as a condition of approval
for development at 900 East Hamilton Avenue, and;
WHEREAS, those public improvements have been completed and
accepted, and;
WHEREAS, faithful performance guarantees are no longer
necessary.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Campbell that the Mayor be, and is hereby
authorized to execute the agreement on behalf of said
City.
