RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO
EXECUTE A THIRD AMENDMENT TO THE AGREEMENT
WITH THE COUNTY OF SANTA CLARA FOR PARTICIPATION
IN THE COUNTY-WIDE HOUSEHOLD HAZARDOUS WASTE
COLLECTION PROGRAM
WHEREAS, the City of Campbell finds that it is in the
best interest of the residents of Campbell to provide a safe and
convenient means of disposing of household hazardous waste; and
WHEREAS,

NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY OF CAMPBELL DOES HEREBY
RESOLVE, as follows: that the City Manager be authorized to
execute the Third Amendment to the Agreement with the County of
Santa Clara for the County-wide Household Hazardous Waste
Collection Program.

correct copy of the resolution duly passed and adopted by the
City Council of the City of Campbell, California, at a meeting
thereof held on the 20th day of October 1992 by the following
