RESOLUTION NO. 8389
BEING A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF CAMPBELL ESTABLISHING SALARIES FOR NEW/PROMOTED
EMPLOYEES AUTHORIZED IN THE 1990-92 AND 1992-94 BUDGETS
WHEREAS, the provisions of Section 36506 of the Government Code provides
that the salaries of City employees shall be fixed by resolution or ordinance; and
WHEREAS, Section 2.16.010 of the Campbell Municipal Code provides that the
Ci ty Council, may from time to time, by resolution fix or change the compensation of
all appointed officers and employees of the City; and
WHEREAS, the City Manager has appointed qualified people to positions which
were authorized by City Council in the 1990-92 and 1992-94 budgets.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the positions set forth on "Exhibit
A" attached be filled at the salary specified and incorporated into the current salary
plan as established by resolution.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 20th day of October, 1992 by the following roll
call vote:
