RESOLUTION NO. 8387
BEING A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF CAMPBELL APPROVING AN
ADJUSTMENT TO THE 1992-1993 FISCAL YEAR BUDGET
WHEREAS, there has been presented to the City Council a request for
funds not originally authorized in the 1992-1993 fiscal year
budget; and
WHEREAS, funds are available from special gasoline taxes;
WHEREAS, the need has arisen to install water services during the
construction of Van Dusen Lane to serve new development and avoid
some future damage to the pavement;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Campbell that an appropriation of $6,255.00 in gas tax funds is
made to the capital project 730.XXXX; and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Director of Finance can reimburse
the appropriated gas tax funds with reimbursements from benefitting
property owners should they be received.
