RESOLUTION NO. 8378 BEING A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING PUBLIC WORKS DIRECTOR TO EXECUTE AGREEMENT FOR WINCHESTER BOULEVARD TRAFFIC SIGNAL AND STREET LIGHTING IMPROVEMENT PROJECT WHEREAS, the City Engineer presented the bid summaries and recommendation of a contract award to HECI for the construction of the Winchester Boulevard Traffic Signal and Street Lighting Improvements Project to the City Council. NOW, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council that the Director of Public Works is hereby authorized to execute an agreement with HECI for the construction of the Winchester Boulevard Traffic Signal and Street Lighting Improvements Project, Project 92-32.
