RESOLUTION NO.
8373
BEING A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING
THE DIRECTOR OF PUBLIC WORKS TO
EXECUTE AN AGREEMENT WITH MANNA
CONSULTANTS, INC. FOR STRUCTURAL
EVALUATION SERVICES FOR THE
COMMUNITY CENTER THEATER
WHEREAS, the City of Campbell owns the theater at the
Community center, One Campbell Avenue; and
WHEREAS, the City of Campbell desires to have the theater
structurally evaluated; and
WHEREAS, Manna Consultants, Inc. has the experience and
expertise in evaluations and design of historical structures
and theaters; and
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the
city of Campbell that the Mayor and the City Clerk authorize
the Director of Public Works to execute an agreement with
Manna Consultants, Inc. for the evaluation of the Community
Center Theater.
